We’ve put together an FAQs page for people who may have questions about what we do. Quite often there are similar questions that are asked, so we’ve put some of those here for a quick reference.

We of course recommend you get in touch with us directly if you’d like to ask specific questions, we’re more than happy to help and won’t try any pushy sales tactics on you.. It’s just not our style.

Q. Why should I hire you over companies that have been around for years?

A. We feel that some of the older companies tend to fall behind a little sometimes. Websites are way more complicated than they used to be, but it doesn’t have to be for you. Using the right Content Management Systems and modern design approaches we can bring you something cool, user-orientated and seemingly simple. You can keep it updated yourself and not have to pay every time you need content added, plus we’re always just a phone call away if you get stuck.

Q. How long will it take to build my website?

A. Good question. The answer at this stage is we don’t know. Before we can have any idea of a time frame you’d need to contact us and let us know what it is you’re looking for. Once we’ve figured out between us what it is you need, then we’ll be able to give a rough idea of a time scale.

Q. How much is a website going to cost me?

A. Isn’t this just the burning question?! Again, it’s hard to tell before we speak with you and determine what you’re looking for and what you need. Something we do know is that we’re most likely cheaper than the other guys you spoke to and we’ll do just as good of a job, if not better.

Q. Does it cost extra for a mobile site?

A. No. Mobile is taking over the internet, and if you don’t have a mobile site you could end up missing out on a lot of customers. All our sites are fully responsive and mobile friendly, it’s just part of the deal.

Q. What if I change my mind about certain things?

A. No dramas. It’s normal to want things slightly different after everything has been completed. We include a few free changes once the site is done, even if it’s a year later we won’t charge our customers an arm and a leg for modifications.

Q. I’ve seen something on another site that I want, can you put it in mine?

A. We can certainly implement something similar, depending on what the ‘something’ is. Note that we don’t build or work with web apps, Flash or Java applets, so if this is something you’re looking for we may not be the right company for you.
